Refund & Return Policy

Elegance & Charm reserves the right to issue refunds on a case by case basis, in accordance with the return and refund policy listed here.

 

  • In the case that a damaged product or the wrong product was shipped, we will ask for photos as proof to process the refund. Simply contact us with a picture of the damaged product, the order number and name, and we will process it from there.
  • In the case that a product is not as advertised (e.g. products have very different specifications as compared to the product catalog).  If this is the case, just contact us with a photo of the item and we’ll take it from there. Please note that some items may be slightly different from the photo catalog due the camera used and lighting condition on the product photography – these minor differences do not qualify under for refunds.
  • Once an order enters the processing phase, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • In the case that one of our customers changes their mind, you may have a 7 day window to return the item, on a case by case basis.  The reason for this has to do with the specific relationship we have with our designers and suppliers. In the event a return is accepted under these circumstances, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
  • In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking) but the recipient claims that they did not receive it, they will have 14 days to report it is missing to the shipping provider and Elegance & Charm.
